Individual psychotherapy is the core of my practice. Sessions are conducted over confidential, HIPAA-compliant software. I utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to the individual person, integrating training I've received in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, Cognitive Behavioral Analysis System of Psychotherapy for chronic depression (CBASP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Relational Psychotherapy.
I provide consultation services to other clinical professionals. I am a certified advanced trainer in CBASP and have expertise in treating anxiety disorders and OCD with exposure and response prevention. Consultation focus areas may include high-impact integrative case conceptualization with exposure-based approaches and addressing therapeutic impasse.
Drawing on my previous career as a professional athlete, teaching experience, and clinical experiences working with high-performance athletes at Stanford University, I provide consultation services for athletes and others looking to enhance their performance.
